The Arc Store and The Arc
The Arc of Butte County is a nonprofit, charitable community organization, on a mission since 1953 to help individuals with developmental disabilities and their families live meaningful lives! The Arc Store is an integral part of the overall Arc program in Butte County. The store offers value to the community in four key ways:Secondhand Shopping at its finest
First, the Arc Store is a great place to purchase quality clothes, household goods and furniture in a clean place with a solid selection. We pride ourselves on offering Quality, Cleanliness, Selection and Price, and believe that you will have a shopping experience at the Arc Store that is unmatched by any other second hand shopping.A Win, Win for donors, shoppers and Arc clients.
Secondly, the thrift store provides an affordable way for families to make their budgets go farther. Those who donate win by knowing they are helping those in need and they get a tax write off, the purchaser wins by getting great savings on near new items, the Arc client wins because they have a job and earn a paycheck. In our clothing sections you will find the most current of fashions and brands for all ages and styles. Rummaging for the highest of quality isn’t necessary at the Arc Store; we have hand selected product to make an easy shopping experience for those looking for trendy clothing and jewelry to set off the perfect outfit. We carry a wide range of high end products and work with our donated apparal to provide a great selection for our fashion forward shoppers.Work Experience at the Arc Stores
