The Arc Thrift Store & Donation Center provides work experience for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our employees practice new skills, such as customer service, math and organization. Working at The Arc Store also provides a steady paycheck and boosts self-esteem! The development of these and other skills will prepare our employees for job opportunities outside of The Arc, promoting inclusion throughout our community.
