Rosie the Riveter

This one is pretty original and we bet you’ll be the only one at your party dressed as this. Try to find a pair of high waisted jeans, pair it with a denim shirt, red bandana and brown boots. If you really want to play the part, do your hair and makeup in a 40s style fashion.

Throw on some high-wasted khakis, a button up shirt and a sweater vest, preferably with cats or some type of animal on it for full effect. Add loafers and some glasses and you’ve got yourself a costume for barely nothing!

Mime

Now this is contingent on if you can find a striped shirt at the thrift store that is near you. You’ll need a white and black striped shirt with black pants and white gloves. Paint your face white and add a beret, boom! But make sure you act the part! No talking.

Breakfast at Tiffany’s

This one is a classic look to begin with and you may even be able to wear it again, outside of Halloween. It’s a simple black dress, some black heels, dark sunglasses and pearls. All of these can easily be found at a thrift store near you.

A troll

This costume will blow everyone away! Want to make people laugh and reminisce about their childhood at the same time? Choose this costume! Visit a thrift store near you and purchase a nude colored spaghetti strap shirt and high-wasted shorts. Glue a large diamond jewel where your belly button is. The hard part is going to be styling you hair, which, unfortunately cannot be provided by a thrift store near you, unless you find a wig.
